Service Description
This gorgeous Ayuverdic seated treatment includes different massage techniques to the shoulders, arms, neck, scalp and face. Indian Head Massage has therapeutic benefits for our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. It really is an opportunity to completely de-stress and release the tension we are often carrying day to day without realising. There is great simplicity to this ancient healing tradition as all you have to do is sit on a chair - no need to take any clothes off - and relax. This treatment begins on a chair the traditional way but then you move to the zero gravity chair so you can lie back and relax while I finish your head and face massage. I then offer an optional short foot massage to ground you, then finishing with some energy work, which encourages a sense of release. This treatment is like a journey, there are so many relaxing and different elements to it and the final destination is extreme RELAXATION.
Cancellation Policy
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your session with me. I try to be as accommodating as possible but lately there have been a lot of last minute cancellations which have really impacted my business. Please give at least 24 hours notice so that you don't lose your booking completely and I am still able to arrange for a replacement booking for you. This also means I can offer your cancelled session to someone else. Thank you so much for your understanding. Anna x
