Therapeutic massage with reflexology

Service Description

A 90 minute combination in Kingsteignton, near Newton Abbot, Devon: 45 minutes of therapeutic back, neck and shoulder massage, then 45 minutes of reflexology. It's the longer version of our Massage & Reflexology treatment, with more time on each part so you can properly switch off. WHAT TO EXPECT Therapeutic massage (45 minutes): I use my handmade bespoke massage oils and tailor the pressure to what your body needs on the day. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Reflexology (45 minutes): once you've turned over, I work on your feet with my handmade balms, using a range of pressure so it's effective while still being enjoyable. If you'd like, we can finish with around 5 minutes of Reiki instead of the last part of the reflexology. You'll be offered a herbal tea or water. On your first visit, there's a free 15 minute consultation before we start, on top of your 90 minutes. WHY DO PEOPLE BOOK THIS TREATMENT? Many clients tell me it helps them ease aches and tension in the back, neck and shoulders, unwind, and feel calmer and more relaxed. It is a complementary therapy, so it sits alongside medical care and doesn't replace it. PREFER A SHORTER SESSION? See Massage & Reflexology (1 hour). ABOUT YOUR THERAPIST I'm fully qualified with a Level 3 diploma in therapeutic massage and the AOR for reflexology, I'm also trained in women's health reflexology and Reiki to Level 2, and I'm fully insured. WHERE TO FIND ME Alami Holistics is in Kingsteignton, a short drive from Newton Abbot, Teignmouth and Torquay. Parking is available with a short walk. The entrance is on Berry Lane, near the picturesque leat.
