Service Description
Reiki is an incredibly relaxing, gentle and calming experience. It’s a Japanese healing technique, which helps to relieve any stress or pain whether it’s physical, emotional or mental. Working with healing energy, you simply have to lie comfortably on the bed or chair whilst my hands are placed on or over certain areas of the body. Clients report deep relaxation, alongside feelings of heat and warmth, and feelings of peace and wellbeing. This hour long treatment can also include gentle facial acupressure along with reflexology pressure points on the hands and feet if desired.
Cancellation Policy
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your session with me. I try to be as accommodating as possible but lately there have been a lot of last minute cancellations which have really impacted my business. Please give at least 24 hours notice so that you don't lose your booking completely and I am still able to arrange for a replacement booking for you. This also means I can offer your cancelled session to someone else. Thank you so much for your understanding. Anna x
