Reflexology with Indian Head Massage

Service Description

A 90 minute combination in Kingsteignton, near Newton Abbot, Devon: 45 minutes of Indian head massage, an ancient Indian Ayurvedic treatment, followed by 45 minutes of reflexology. A blissful treatment if you're carrying a lot of tension and want to properly unwind. WHAT TO EXPECT Indian head massage (45 minutes): it starts seated, the traditional way, with massage to your shoulders, arms, neck, scalp and face. You stay fully clothed, so please wear something loose. I use 100% natural oils that I blend by hand, or I can work without oil if you prefer. Just let me know. Reflexology (45 minutes): then you move to a comfortable position and I work on your feet with my handmade balms, using a range of pressure. All you need to do is take your shoes off and relax. You'll be offered a herbal tea or water. WHY DO PEOPLE BOOK THIS TREATMENT? Many clients tell me it helps them let go of tension in the head, neck and shoulders and feel calmer, lighter and more relaxed. It is a complementary therapy, so it sits alongside medical care and doesn't replace it. ABOUT YOUR THERAPIST I'm fully qualified with the AOR for reflexology and a diploma in Indian head massage, I'm also trained in women's health reflexology, and I'm fully insured. WHERE TO FIND ME Alami Holistics is in Kingsteignton, a short drive from Newton Abbot, Teignmouth and Torquay. Parking is available with a short walk. The entrance is on Berry Lane, near the picturesque leat.
