Reflexology & Reiki

Service Description

Reflexology followed by Reiki, in one longer 90 minute treatment in Kingsteignton, near Newton Abbot, Devon: one hour of reflexology, then 30 minutes of Reiki. The two work beautifully together, and the extra time lets you sink into a much deeper state of relaxation. WHAT TO EXPECT Reflexology (1 hour): I work on your feet with my handmade balms, using a range of pressure so it's effective while still being enjoyable. You can have a bed or a chair. You'll be offered a herbal tea or water. Reiki (30 minutes): you stay fully clothed (just take your shoes off), and I use gentle, light-touch energy work while calming music plays. Cosy blankets, a heated blanket in winter and eye pillows are available, and we can finish with chakra cards if you'd like. WHY DO PEOPLE BOOK THIS TREATMENT? Many clients tell me this combination helps them switch off, feel calmer and settle into a deeper rest than they get from either treatment alone. It is a complementary therapy, so it sits alongside medical care and doesn't replace it. HOW OFTEN? Reiki and reflexology can be booked whenever you feel you need them. Monthly works well for many clients. ABOUT YOUR THERAPIST I'm fully qualified with the AOR for reflexology, trained in women's health reflexology, and a Reiki practitioner trained to Level 2. I'm fully insured. WHERE TO FIND ME Alami Holistics is in Kingsteignton, a short drive from Newton Abbot, Teignmouth and Torquay. Parking is available with a short walk. The entrance is on Berry Lane, near the picturesque leat.
