I use a range of pressure, firm enough to make the treatment effective while still being enjoyable, and I'll adjust it to suit you. Afterwards you'll be offered a herbal tea or water. How often should I come? Clients usually benefit most from a course of weekly treatments, then moving to monthly sessions for maintenance. A single stand-alone treatment is also a wonderful way to relax and reset. About your reflexologist I'm fully qualified with the Association of Reflexologists (AOR), fully insured, and also trained in women's health reflexology, so I can tailor your treatment to different life stages. Who is it for? Reflexology suits most people and is a good first treatment if you're new to holistic therapies.
