Massage & Reflexology

Service Description

A one-hour combination treatment in Kingsteignton, near Newton Abbot, Devon. It starts with a therapeutic back, neck and shoulder massage, then you turn over for 30 minutes of reflexology, with an optional five minutes of Reiki to finish. A lovely way to get the benefits of two treatments in one visit. WHAT TO EXPECT Back, neck and shoulder massage: I use my handmade bespoke massage oils and tailor the pressure to what your body needs on the day. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Reflexology (30 minutes): once you've turned over, I work on your feet with my handmade balms. A range of pressure is used, so it's effective while still being enjoyable. Reiki (optional, around 5 minutes): we can finish with a short Reiki session to leave you feeling calm and settled. On your first visit, there's a free 15 minute consultation before we start, on top of your hour. You'll also be offered a herbal tea or water. WHY DO PEOPLE BOOK THIS TREATMENT? Many clients tell me it helps them ease tension in the back, neck and shoulders, unwind, and feel calmer and more relaxed. It is a complementary therapy, so it sits alongside medical care and doesn't replace it. WANT MORE TIME? If you'd like longer on each part, see Therapeutic Massage with Reflexology (1 hour 30 minutes). ABOUT YOUR THERAPIST I'm fully qualified with a Level 3 diploma in therapeutic massage and the AOR for reflexology, I'm also trained in women's health reflexology, and I'm fully insured. WHERE TO FIND ME Alami Holistics is in Kingsteignton, a short drive from Newton Abbot, Teignmouth and Torquay. Parking is available with a short walk. The entrance is on Berry Lane, near the picturesque leat.
