Service Description

If you need a full reset and are feeling overwhelmed or stressed, this two hour treatment takes you from head to toe in one session. You'll be encouraged to let go of your worries and thoughts while I look after the rest, so you leave feeling refreshed, rebalanced and rejuvenated. We start with a back, neck and shoulders massage. Then you turn over for a chest massage and a facial, including a head massage. We finish with reflexology and Reiki, so you leave deeply relaxed. I use natural oils that I blend by hand myself, and the facial uses my own products alongside other natural and organic brands. Many clients tell me it helps them relax and feel calmer. It's a complementary therapy, so it sits alongside medical care and doesn't replace it. Some health conditions mean a treatment isn't suitable, so please let me know about any when you book or at your consultation. If it's your first visit, there's a free 15 minute consultation before we start, on top of your 2 hours. About your therapist: I hold a Level 3 diploma in therapeutic massage, I'm a member of the Association of Reflexologists, I'm trained in Reiki to Level 2 and I'm fully insured.
