Every facial is adapted to your skin and what it needs on the day, using my organic handmade products alongside other natural brands. What's included - A gentle double cleanse, with a light exfoliation if you'd like one - Warm steam towels to soften and prepare the skin - Lymphatic drainage and a relaxing neck and shoulder massage - A facial massage, the heart of the treatment, with facial cupping added if you'd like it - A bespoke face mask, made fresh for each session, while you rest - Cool towels, then a layered skincare routine: a bespoke facial mist, a natural serum, an organic moisturiser and a botanical oil serum - Cooling stones, jade rollers and rose quartz mushrooms to soothe the skin - Gentle facial acupressure to finish Why do people book a holistic facial? What to expect Your first visit starts with a free 15 minute consultation, on top of your treatment, so we can talk about your skin and any concerns. You can relax in a calm, private treatment room while I take care of the rest. Afterwards you'll be offered a herbal tea or water. How often should I come? Once a month is perfect for most clients, but weekly or every six weeks is also fine, depending on what suits you. About your therapist I'm fully qualified and fully insured. Who is it for?
